Remembering the life of Delia Adair
As we say our final loving farewell to Delia on Friday 1st September, we remember this incredible Lady, Wife, Mother, Aunt and Friend to so many people. My Mother reached so many people in so many ways during her life here with us, and you will all have your own memories of what she meant to you. To me, she was my mother and so much more. Words can not express how much she meant to me and the influence and guidance she gave that shaped me as a person. For you it may be that you remember Delia as a work colleague and friend at such companies in the shoe industry when she was younger or working behind the bar at the Harlequin Pub in Kettering, working at the Green Grocer on the Grange Estate, Sportex in Corby, Haverhill Generators or just simply she was a great friend. However you remember her, you will know she was a generous hearted lady who always had time to help.
Delia was a great supporter of the incredible and important work that Cransley Hospice do and asked that there be no flowers at her funeral but if anyone would like to make a donation to the charity she would be very grateful.
Therefore if you would like to show your final appreciation of this lovely lady and help Cransley Hospice that would be very appreciated and a fitting tribute to my Mum, Delia Adair and her life that she shared with us all.
Thank you
